EXCELLENT HOTEL IN DULHOUSIE. Situated on the road from Dalhousie to Chamba. Valley View hotel. Excellent Accommodation, good Hospitality.. Good Food. All the staffs are very nice. The GM himself taking care of Guests. Excellent.

Good hotel with spacious and clean rooms, good quality bath fittings and these are neat, neat linen, though a little far from city centre (about 11 km from Gandhi Chowk Dalhousie) but nice scenic view of Dhauladhar range from some rooms which have balcony. But it’s being managed unprofessionally, staff are careless / miser on providing tea sachets, water bottles and bath accessories.

First of all, this property is no more attached to OYO hence requesting all of you to not to book thru Oyo or any other platforms for the time being as they will not accept online booking. I stayed there on Diwali eve I.e. 27 Oct 2019 and my quick review is here.... 1. Location: Excellent, 6-7 KM from the Dalhousie-Dharamshala road but worth driving if you wish to live in a property which is well managed and have beautiful views of mountains. 2. View: Awesome, only if you take family room otherwise all other rooms have greenery but not mountain view. 3. Parking: Availavle 4. Food: Yummy, they make fresh on order so take little time but you can get homely type food. 5. Staff and service: Polite and well mannered. 6. Terrific: Reasobable but you must negotiate, my advise is to see the room and decide. 7. Hygiene: Neat and clean, room for improvement. Overall a decent property if you are travelling and need a halt in between to relax.

Oh what a wonderful stay at this hotel initially was not impressed with the hotel since it's 5-6km away from Dalhousie city and secondly we reached at hotel very late around 7pm but have to appreciate managements efforts in choosing there staff who are hard working, caring and always ready to help specially there restaurant guys one of them name was Sanju who was superb in his job. Food served is delicious,tasty, presentable and full of love.Hotel is clean and nice. Our booking was managed by Vigo World Travel Company (Mr. Vijay and Mr. Roshan) the best in class travel company. We were part of a group travelling and had the opportunity to spend a couple nights at the hotel. It is a pretty decent hotel, clean and having all basic amenities needed - for a family - cleanliness being at the top our minds - and Anjukul fared pretty well around that. With two kids and two adults, the room still had space to move around with plenty of space for luggage too. The food was just ok, nothing special there - but not too bad either The highlight definitely was the hotel staff going the extra step in helping me celebrate my elder kid's birthday. They were very gracious to help arrange for a cake and a few other things - they did not charge anything extra beyond what the bakery charged - at touristy places typically hotels have a surcharge for everything! Thanks to the hotel staff for this.
